First of all, make sure you are running Antidote 10v5 or more on your computer:

  1. Open Antidote and choose 'Search for updates' from the Help menu.
  2. Install the available updates.
  3. Repeat this procedure until Antidote is up to date.

If the issue persists or if you were already up to date, we invite you to reinstall Antidote's connector in Mail:

  1. Quit Mail.
  2. Launch Antidote.
  3. In Antidote's Help Menu select Connectix (Install with your other software).
    • If « No Connectors to Install » appears, click on Continue and go to step 4.
    • If Mail appears in the available connectors, skip to step 7.
  4. Select 'Installed Connectors.'
  5. Check Mail, then select 'Uninstall' and 'Continue.'
  6. Click on 'Available Connectors...'
  7. Check Mail, then select 'Install.'
  8. Quit the integration window.
