My first map. A large, two-themed level created for Co-op, Emphasizes large, well-choreographed fights. Deus Vult starts you off in an underground tech base and will eventually plunge you into the depths of Dante's Inferno in front of your eyes. Difficulty holds up to the extremes of HR. Legions of monsters. 150 minute estimated par time. 17 votes, 25 comments. 314k members in the Doom community. Everything related to the hit action-horror series DOOM, by id software. Deus Vult II is a twelve level episode WAD created by Huy Pham (Doom Marine). As with the first Deus Vult, it contains maps rich with nigh-overwhelming opposition, in the vein of Alien Vendetta or Hell Revealed, with difficulty increasing sharply in the later levels. Feb 22, 2008 Re: Deus Vult II by Tenement Funster » Fri Feb 22, 2008 9:11 pm I have only played the first 2 maps so far, and they are brilliantly mapped and quite fun, but there is one thing I must bitch about.

Essentials[edit]
Other points of interest[edit]
Suicide Exit: North of the congested hallway of crates (north of Secret #4), flip the switch and ride the lift up. You should see a conveyor belt moving supplies along. It is possible to die at this conveyor belt, and your body should slide under and exit the level.
Secrets[edit]
- Shoot the target nearest the soul sphere in Secret #3 to open a door ahead. Climb the ladder to get a box of ammo and a medikit. (sector 207)
- Go west from the room with the four green striped squares (the one with the teleporting spectres) and north to a fork. Instead of taking either path, press the silver wall in front of you to reveal a teleporter which takes you to a computer area map. (sector 237)
- When you press the switch in the vat room with imps and mancubi, head back to the fork mentioned in Secret #2 and take the left path. There is a new opening ahead with some supplies behind a barrier; these are easily obtained after shooting the target here. (sector 284)
- In the congested hallway with crates in the eastern section of the main base, climb the crates to the southeast to find a switch on the backside. This lowers the nearby crate where you can use a lift up to get a backpack. (sector 286)
- At the red key area, to get the blur artifact, look north for a target to shoot. By shooting it the powerup will lower. (sector 860)
- Right at the starting area with the crates, go to the eastern light in the circle of 8 lights and press the switch on its eastern side to lower a crate with a stimpack. (sector 976)
- In the eastern part of the main area in a room with Hell knights, an arch-vile (on Hurt Me Plenty or higher), energy cell packs and a soul sphere, there are two target switches to look for. Look for one on the western wall, opening a passageway behind a teleporter to a previous area, where you will notice the barriers blocking the green rings are now gone. Step into this ring to teleport to an invulnerability. (sector 1567)
- In the eastern part of the main area in a room with Hell knights, an arch-vile (on Hurt Me Plenty or higher), energy cell packs and a soul sphere, there are two target switches to look for. Look for one on the far north corner. After shooting it, head out of this room going north and east. When you get to the BFG9000 room, there is a compartment you can access with a medikit and an energy cell pack. (sector 1666)
- Open the blue door on the west side of the main building and climb up two ladders, but when you attempt to climb the second one you should hear a lift lower. Look east for a teleporter taking you to a secret room. There are energy cells to your right when you enter this room. (sector 2201)

Doom Deus Vult 2 Cheats
It figures this 2018 year will end for me on the same note it lasted – doom. Little is known about the makeup of Polish Evangelist, except some of its members also double in Monasterium. Not that I heard that band before either, but listening to any track from Deus Vult it is pretty clear Evangelist is going to preach epic doom. Moreover, the statement opening guitar and devotion to riffs on God Wills It! reveal a bunch of CandlemassSolitude devotees, only with beefed up bottom end and less ethereal more throaty vocals. It is if God Wills It! setting is in the dungeon of some Knights Templar castle rather than under moon in a forest cemetery. God Wills It! verse make further reference to Athlantean Kodex, and the chorus discloses that Evangelist are very much not averse to hooks and flowing mesmerizing solos.
From song to song Deus Vult never gets off its epic doom direction, but with its unassuming, not overbearing melodies it also never loses the listener. Prophecy is slower and heavier, and more foreboding as a result. The Passing has a syncopated intro and flowing acoustic verse, with its heroic Viking sing along chorus touching on recently discovered re-release Scald full length, and maybe even Bathory. The Leper King, with its historical background, goes more into the early Manowar direction, before things became commercially oriented with Eric Adams &Co. Hooky soaring chorus contrasts a drier verse in Memento Homo Mori, and Heavenwards is a gliding melodic gem, its harmonies a certifiable hit from start to finish. Flowing like religious molasses, Heavenwards gains a bit more pace towards the end, elevating to a double bass after phantasmagoric buildup.
Deus Vult Ii
Evangelist may be early Candlemass followers in the sound department, and there is no shame in that. They are also followers in spirit, and that is their right. Yet, while being followers, they did not ignore their own riffs and songwriting craft. Due to the last fact, because one can clearly hear thought that went into these compositions, Deus Vult is an entirely quality experience, fully capable of standing on its own two feet without historic props. I often have habits of plucking some songs to make my own little compilations to introduce some of my more adventurous friends to the tracks off the albums I discover through my reviewing life. A pair of songs from Deus Vult will take their rightful place on my 2018 doom inventory, and, granted, for me that year was doom rich, so I had a lot to choose from.
